This Department of the Navy rule is proposing amendments to the regulations concerning professional conduct of attorneys practicing under the cognizance and supervision of the Judge Advocate General. The revisions remove internal content and update existing information about the professional responsibility requirements of attorneys practicing under the cognizance and supervision of the Judge Advocate General. The rule also adds complaint processing procedures.
