<p>The Department of the Navy is proposing to amend 32 CFR 761 which discusses naval defensive sea areas and was last revised on July 14, 1976 (41 FR 28957).&nbsp;The rule will update&nbsp;the list of Naval Defensive Sea Areas, Airspace Reservations, and other areas under Navy Administration that were cancelled, modified or suspended by Executive Orders 12569 and 13022 and Executive Proclamations 8336 and 9173.&nbsp;The amendment will also discuss the international navigational right of innocent passage, new or renamed Department of Defense (DoD) commands, and&nbsp;incorporates language from section 6 of 32 CFR 765, "Regulations for Pearl Harbor, Hawaii."</p>
