This regulatory action amends the Department of the Navy procedures at 32 CFR part 775 for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) NEPA regulations. These amendments will update existing DON NEPA procedures to conform to the CEQ regulations published in May 2024 and to update the list of Categorical Exclusions.
