The Corps is considering revising its regulations governing public use of Corps of Engineers water resources development projects. In particular, the Corps is considering revising the portions of its regulation that govern the possession and transportation of firearms and other weapons, swimming and diving activities (to further define restricted areas in an effort to curtail the number of drownings), and the control of unattended pets.
