The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) will propose changes to its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations for its Civil Works Program to conform to the Council of Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) recent revisions to the NEPA implementing regulations. In a separate rulemaking action, the Corps also will update the NEPA implementing procedures specific to the Corps’ Regulatory Program.
