DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement revisions to DoD policies on cost analysis and reporting requirements pertaining to the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.  This rule will revise contractor reporting requirements and provide for a cost and software reporting review in lieu of the current post award conference procedures.
