DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 802 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, which requires task orders and delivery orders for architectural and engineering services issued under 10 U.S.C. 3403 and 3405 to be awarded using qualification-based selections in accordance with chapter 11 of Title 40 (Brooks Act).
