DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 211 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, which amends 10 U.S.C. 2350a(a)(2) to expand the scope of 225.871, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) cooperative projects to also include Cooperative Research and Development Projects to include other allied and friendly foreign countries under the European Union and the European Defense Agency, the European Commission, and the Council of the European Union and their sub organizations.
