DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to clarify Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements to resolve current issues with the transportation of FMS goods such as lost, misdirected, or frustrated shipments. These revisions would directly support efforts to strengthen alliances and attract new partners.
