DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to establish a requirement for the heads of agencies to conclude whistleblower cases by notifying contractor employee complainants and the DoD Inspector General, in writing, of either the actions ordered or the decision to deny relief in compliance with DoD whistleblower protection policies and procedures for DoD contractor employees.
