DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to make adjustments of the statutory acquisition-related thresholds for inflation and other acquisition-related thresholds as a matter of policy. The adjustments to the thresholds are planned to be effective October 1, 2025.
