DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 805 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024. Section 805 prohibits the procurement of certain goods, services, and technologies from certain entities listed as Chinese military companies.
