DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 1555 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and section 1542 of the NDAA for FY 2025. Section 1555 requires a certification, as well as a notification to the Congressional defense committees, regarding certain DoD contracts related to the placement of recruitment advertising. In addition, section 1555 specifies a sunset date of one year after the date of enactment of the NDAA for FY 2024. Section 1542 extended that date to two years after the date of enactment of the NDAA for FY 2024.
