This direct final rule makes nonsubstantive changes to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Privacy Program rule. The OIG is amending its regulation on the OIG Privacy Program to update the system name for the exemption for system identifier CIG 23. The revisions to this rule are part of DoD's retrospective plan under Executive Order 13563 completed in August 2011.
