This revision of the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations will update policies and procedures governing the award and administration of DoD Components' grants, cooperative agreements, and Technology Investment Agreements to institutions of higher education; other nonprofit organizations; State, local governmental, and tribal entities; and for-profit firms. One purpose of this update is to implement the recent OMB issuance of 2 CFR part 200, "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards."
