This rule will finalize procedures for obtaining a DS Logon credential for all active-duty, National Guard and Reserve, and Commissioned Corps members of the uniformed services when separating from active duty or from the unformed service. It discusses how DS Logon credential holders may maintain and update their DS Logon credential and manage their personal settings. Finally, it defines the permissions that DS Logon credential holders have to access their information, who has access to view and edit their information, and who is eligible to act on their behalf.
