This final rule is the last in a sequence of six rule documents that collectively establish for DoD grants and cooperative agreements an updated interim implementation of Governmentwide guidance on administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for Federal awards and make other needed updates to the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs). This rule removes two existing DoDGAR parts and revises four others in order to conform them with the 11 parts of the DoDGARs set out in the rules preceding this one, which published on the same day in the Federal Register.
