The provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) services contained in this part have been combined with the most recent update to 32 CFR part 57, "Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education to Eligible DoD Dependents," completed on 25 June 2015 (80 FR 36660). Those provisions pertain to early intervention services to infants and toddlers with disabilities (birth to age 2 inclusive) and their families, and a free, appropriate education including special education and related services for preschool children with disabilities and children with disabilities enrolled in DoD 6 School Arrangements. The Department will repeal 32 CFR part 80, as it is no longer necessary.
