This final rule will remove the obsolete DoD part which applies to all areas in the Brookmont site and to all persons on or within the site. In this rule the Brookmont site refers to the grounds and facilities of the Defense Mapping Agency Hydrographic/Topographic Center (DMAHTC) and the Defense Mapping Agency Office of Distribution Services (DMAODS). The Defense Mapping Agency no longer exists; it became part of the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) and the location of NIMA/NGA is no longer controlled by DoD.  This rule is obsolete, and the part will be removed.
