This final rule will remove the obsolete Department of Defense (DoD) part that applies to all areas in the Brookmont site and to all persons on or within the site. In this rule, the definition of Brookmont site refers to the grounds and facilities of the Defense Mapping Agency Hydrographic/Topographic Center (DMAHTC) and the Defense Mapping Agency Office of Distribution Services (DMAODS). The Defense Mapping Agency no longer exists; it became part of the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), and the location of NIMA/National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is no longer controlled by DoD.
