This proposed rule will implement the final regulatory statutes for uniform administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for Federal awards as amended by the Department of Defense (DoD). Any DoD internal administrative policies and procedures found in previous versions of DoD Grant and Agreements Regulations, including requirements for merit review of awards, have been incorporated into the DoD Assistance Guidance.
