This rule will exempt the Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database, DHRA-06 from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. This rule will exempt certain portions of the Defense Sexual Assault Incident Data Base, DHRA-06 from 5 U.S.C. 552a(c)(3), (d)(1), (2), (3) and (4); (e)(1), (4)(G), (H), and (I); and (f) of the Privacy Act, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(2), other than material within the scope of subsection (j)(2). The proposed exemptions aim to prevent disclosure of investigory material compiled for law enforcement purposes because certain requirements of the Privacy Act may interfere with the effective execution of these activities.
