This rule will exempt a current system of NIH loan repayment records from certain requirements of the Privacy Act to protect records compiled in the course of NIH extramural activities for the purpose of determining suitability, eligibility, or qualifications for Federal loan repayment and to protect the identity of confidential sources in such activities, and changes the title to the NIH Division of Loan Repayment Record System, HHS/NIH/OD/OER/OEP/DLR.
