Title: Preventive Services Under the Affordable Care Act (CMS-9992-F) 
Abstract: The Affordable Care Act requires that a group health plan and a health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage provide benefits for and prohibit the imposition of cost-sharing requirements with respect to certain recommended evidence-based items or services. This rule finalizes the requirements and responds to any comments as the result of the interim final rule implementing this provision.
