By this rule, the Department of Health and Human Services rescinds Appendix B to 45 CFR Part 80 (the Guidelines for Eliminating Discrimination and Denial of Services on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, and Handicap in Vocational Education Programs) (Guidelines) and removes related cross-references to the Guidelines in Appendix B to 45 CFR Part 84 (implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act) and Appendix A to 45 CFR Part 86 (implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments).
