This final rule updates regulations applying to Family Violence Prevention and Services Programs, except for the Domestic Violence Prevention Enhancement and Leadership Through Alliances Program (DELTA), which is administered by the Centers for Disease Control. The rule implements recent statutory changes to the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act, updates procedures for soliciting and awarding grants, and increases clarity regarding statutory and regulatory standards. The rule builds on standards already used by the program in funding opportunity announcements and awards, technical assistance, reporting requirements, and sub-regulatory guidance.
