This rule will implement changes made to the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) by the Child Care and Development Block Act of 2014. The law makes important improvements to the child care program to better meet the needs of both children and their parents. These changes are designed to improve the safety and quality of child care, implement family-friendly subsidy policies to promote continuity of services, and give parents the information they need to make good choices.
