This NPRM will propose changes to the Head Start Program Performance Standards to better support the Head Start workforce and to maintain the quality of comprehensive Head Start services. During the public comment period, ACF engaged with the Head Start community through listening sessions in multiple locations around the country and virtually on the proposed rule to generate interest in submitting public comments.
