This NPRM would revise 45 CFR parts 410 and 411 regarding standards to protect children from gender ideology and sex-rejecting procedures. In so doing, it would enshrine EOs 14168 and 14187 in order to ensure that ORR aligns its regulatory language with respect to the issues addressed in the executive orders. ORR would be undertaking these efforts in line with the specific statutory and executive authorities that are delineated in this form.
