This proposed rule would remove title 45, subtitle B, chapter XII, sSubchapter C, part 1322, from the Code of Federal Regulations. There has not been a proliferation of regulations developed for these programs since the base regulation was developed in 1988. Since that time, ACL's Administration on Aging has worked with stakeholders to get clarifying issues added to the statute, eliminating the need for additional regulations.
