The Department of Health and Human Services is conducting a rulemaking to repromulgate or revise certain regulatory provisions of the Department of Health and Human Services found at 45 CFR part 75, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards, that were promulgated at 81 FR 89393 (Dec. 12, 2016). This rule finalizes proposed changes to section 75.300, on statutory and national policy requirements to bring them into alignment with the statutory authorities underlying part 75.
