This update will revise and reissue the Department’s (HHS) Standards of Conduct Rule, 45 CFR Part 73, to remove superseded and obsolete provisions, including the two appendices, incorporate requirements related to counter trafficking in persons, and revise residual provisions that continue to be important to the efficient functioning of the Department.
