Onshore Order 1 includes the requirements necessary for the approval of all proposed oil and gas exploratory, development, or service wells on all Federal and Indian onshore oil and gas leases.  This rule would revise the Order by requiring electronic submission of Applications for Permit to Drill (APD) and Notices of Staking (NOS).  This would help expedite and streamline the review process of APDs and NOSs.
