The rule revises existing definitions for the use of aircraft and the possession of firearms; updates regulations on camping, swimming, and winter recreation for the wide range of circumstances found across Bureau of Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies; and clarifies the permitting of memorials and reburials on Bureau of Reclamation lands.
