This joint rule with the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) will reorganize the renewable energy program regulations by dividing program administration between the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and BSEE. The rule will determine the functions of each bureau in accordance with Secretarial Order No. 3299, amendment No. 2.
