We propose to revise our regulations implementing the Wild Bird Conservation Act of 1992, which have not been substantively updated since 1993. We plan to revise these regulations in light of our experiences in implementing the legislation and regulations over the past 15 years, and also to streamline and clarify certain aspects of the current regulations.
