We will make a final determination on our proposal to reclassify the Columbia River distinct population segment of Columbian white-tailed deer, found in Oregon and Washington, from endangered to threatened. We will also finalize our proposed regulations for the conservation of the species under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act.
