We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Black Warrior waterdog under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This salamander species is found in streams in the Black Warrior River Basin in Alabama. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA78).
