We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Suwannee moccasinshell under the Endangered Species Act. This mussel species is found in freshwater streams in Georgia and Florida. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB09).
