This final rule will update the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Endangered and Threatened Plants in accordance with the Endangered Species Act by making taxonomic corrections to the scientific names and other corrections to information on the Lists for approximately 40 species that occur primarily in California and Nevada. The taxonomic corrections are editorial in nature and involve no substantive changes to the Lists or to any applicable regulations.
