We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the western glacier stonefly and meltwater lednian stonefly under the Endangered Species Act. These two species are found in cold, glacier-fed streams in Montana. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB52).
