We will make a listing determination for the Carolina madtom and Neuse River waterdog under the Endangered Species Act. The Carolina madtom is a fish, and the Neuse River waterdog is a newt. Both species are found in North Carolina. We will also, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Carolina madtom and Neuse River waterdog under the Endangered Species Act.
