We will make a listing determination for the false spike, Texas fatmucket, Texas fawnsfoot, and Texas pimpleback under the Endangered Species Act. These four mussel species are found in central Texas. The Texas fatmucket, Texas fawnsfoot, and Texas pimpleback are currently candidates for listing under the Endangered Species Act. We will also, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for these species under the Endangered Species Act.
