This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to delist the Florida golden aster (Chrysopsis floridana), a short-lived perennial, due to recovery. The best available scientific and commercial information indicates that the threats to the species have been eliminated or reduced to the point that the species has recovered and no longer meets the definition of a threatened or endangered species under the Endangered Species Act.
