The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) Migratory Bird Program will make purely administrative updates to Paperwork Reduction Act requirements and associated Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control numbers in 50 CFR part 21, Subpart D--Control of Depredating and Otherwise Injurious Birds, and Subpart E--Control of Overabundant Migratory Bird Populations. The information collection updates to 50 CFR part 21, subparts D and E, are required because of a revision to the Service’s information collection OMB Control No. 1018-0146 (depredation and control orders under 50 CFR part 21).
