FWS will make a final determination on our revised proposal to designate critical habitat for the rufa red knot (Calidris canutus rufa) under the Endangered Species Act. This bird is found in the Canadian Arctic and several wintering regions, including the southeastern United States, the northeast Gulf of Mexico, northern Brazil, and Tierra del Fuego at the southern tip of South America.
