FWS will make a listing determination, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the little brown bat (Myotis lucifugus) under the Endangered Species Act. This bat is found throughout much of the United States and parts of Canada. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
