FWS will make a listing determination, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the saltmarsh topminnow (Fundulus jenkinsi) under the Endangered Species Act. This fish is found in the southeastern United States bordering the Gulf of Mexico. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
