FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list under 18 U.S.C. 42(a) (the injurious wildlife listing provision of the Lacey Act) several high-risk, foreign mollusks and crustaceans as injurious wildlife to prevent their introduction into the United States. These freshwater mussels, amphipods, and crayfish are not known to be established in the United States and could cause severe economic and environmental harm if they become established.
