FWS will make listing determinations, based on the best available scientific and commercial data, for the Columbia torrent salamander (Rhyacotriton kezeri) and Cascade torrent salamander (Rhyacotriton cascadae) under the Endangered Species Act. These amphibians are found in Oregon and Washington. If we determine that listing is warranted, we will also propose to designate critical habitat for these species, if prudent and determinable.
